Do you offer hourly or one-time consulting?

No. All services are delivered through contract-based engagements to ensure clarity, consistency, and meaningful outcomes. Engagements are structured around 3- or 6-month contracts, or a defined short-term Activation Intensive. This ensures adequate time for alignment and execution.

Do you work with small teams or solo founders?

Yes, provided the work requires external representation, engagement, partnerships, or coordination, and the business is ready for contract-based support.

Are packages customizable?

Scope is defined at the start of each engagement based on priorities and visibility. Adjustments are made through formal scope alignment, not informal add-ons.
